RED CARPET ARRIVAL AND PHOTOS
From 6:45-7:30pm there will be a professional photographer and back drop to make sure we capture everyone in their finest attire before any wilting occurs.
Walk up the red carpeted stairs and be greeted by a glass of champagne and live music.
(1st Glass is on the house. After that, please note the VFW is a Cash Bar)
Silent and Live Auction
7:30 Cocktail Hour and the Silent Auction Begin.
Walk around the room and add your nominations to any or all of the Ten categories. To nominate someone, you need to write their name, your name, and the amount you pledge for their nomination. Pledges are non-refundable and must be placed as cash or check in the jar behind the nomination sheet.
8:20 THE SILENT AUCTION ENDS. Get a drink from the bar and prepare for the LIVE AUCTION.
8:30 THE LIVE AUCTION BEGINS.
In a true live auction format, we will be taking pledges from the audience for each nominee. The nominee that receives the most pledges (both silent and live combined) will receive the award. Only the winning pledges are committed. The Winner will give a speech while winning pledges are immediately collected before moving on to the next category.
LETS START THE PARTY
10:00 After the awards, we will move the tables and chairs and the LIVE BAND will get the party started. Dancing goes from can-till-can't.
